3. OFFERS AND PRICES
Promotional offers are only available during the time allocated and communicated but also within the limit of available stocks.

The prices indicated on the site are in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs and are subject to variation during the year, it being understood that the products are invoiced at the prices in force when the order is registered. . The shipping costs are between 4.40 and 5.70€ for Belgium and 7.50€ for France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain and Italy.
The products remain the entire property of Bibiche Cosmetics until full receipt of the price by Bibiche Cosmetics.

4. THE ORDER
When you confirm your order by clicking on the Finish/Validate my order button, you declare that you accept it and all of these general conditions of sale. Your order is then processed by our customer service.
You will receive a confirmation of your order which will specify the exact amount invoiced and the terms of delivery of your order.

5. DELIVERY
The products are sent from Brussels (Belgium). it is your responsibility to provide us with the exact and precise delivery information in order to be sure of the correct routing of the delivery. The order will be sent within 3 days after order confirmation. The delivery time is the responsibility of the carrier (Bpost for Belgium and Mondial Relay for other countries).

6. RESPONSIBILITIES
Bibiche Cosmetics cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communication. Bibiche Cosmetics will not incur any liability for any consequential damages as a result of these presents, operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage or expense.

7. REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Bibiche Cosmetics does not accept any product returns. If one or more products show degradation making it impossible to use, please send photos of the damage to the email bibichecosmetics@gmail.com within 5 working days after receipt of the package. Once the proofs have been received, analyzed and accepted, we will decide on a solution: either the return of a new product or the disclaimer of all liability.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
In accordance with the laws governing the ownership of literary and artistic rights or other similar rights, this site and all the elements, brands, designs, models, logos, graphics, etc. found on this site as well as their compilation are the exclusive property of Bibiche Cosmetics or its suppliers, the latter granting no license or right other than that of consulting the site.
